ADFAS Newcastle offers nine evening lectures and two mornings of lectures on the arts each year – from February to October. Meet art specialists from Australia and the UK. Be entertained, fascinated and informed.

Morning Lectures

Morning Lectures take place at 10am on a Monday morning and consist of two lectures with a break for morning tea.  This is a ticketed event.  Members and guests are all welcome. Tickets must be purchased in advance (with members paying a reduced fee).

Evening Lectures

Evening lectures take place at 6:30pm on a Monday evening and are followed by a reception and an opportunity to meet the lecturer.  Membership includes all evening lectures.  Guests are always welcome and can purchase tickets in advance or pay on arrival.

Celebratory Lunch

Join ArtsNational Newcastle members and guests at an end-of-year celebration lunch on 18 November. Entertainment will include local comedian Anne-Marie Hall.  There will be great company with lots of laughter and conversation, door prizes, and the opportunity to join as a 2025 member. Membership Renewal

Join or renew your membership for 2025.  Enjoy nine evening lectures between February and October (each followed by a reception and a chance to meet the lecturer).  Register separately for morning lectures and special events.  All who register before 30 November, will go in a draw for a bottle of champagne.
